Vice-Mayor Bertani and Mayor Moy are hosting this Town Hall Meeting for residents to discuss the recently approved Vista Ridge Project in Fairfield.  We will also discuss the growing homeless population in District 4, and devise an Action Plan to reduce the number of homeless individuals living on our streets, in our backyards and near our commercial businesses in District 4.
